Electrode Calendering Mill is calender mill of pressing electrode uniform firm. uniform pressed electrodes are important for li ion battery quality.

The electrode calendering mill can be 2High or 4High, the calender rolls must be very hard and smooth, requiring higher precision than cold rolling rollers, sometimes the rollers will be heated to improve electrode press performance.

The calendering mill deal with aluminum foil electrode or copper foil electrode, calender mill models vary with widths of electrode coils.

Types of electrode can be continuous Li coated, intermittent coated, zebra stripe coated...our roller press mill can give excellent electrodes.
