For a new starter, how can you help me start and run a water or beverage bottling plant?
We can help you do the bottle design, label design and choose the suitable labeling and package type according to your local market. If you have confirmed the factory size, we can also make the machine layout design accordingly. We can help you install the machines and train your staff on how to operate and maintain them.
What is the guarantee or warranty of your machines?
We give an 18-month warranty for the mechanical parts and a 12-month warranty for the electric parts.
How can I know the quality of your machines before I order?
We have established a set of efficient and rigorous manufacturing processes and quality control systems. Using high-end digital machine tools and relying on ERP, MES, and DNC systems, processes from raw material preparation to parts processing, welding, sheet metal fabrication, equipment assembly, and debugging are fully controlled by professional technicians. You are also welcome to visit our company in China to see the machines running in our factory.
How can we check our machines if we order the machines from you?
We will test all the machines based on very rigorous standards before shipment. You can either come to inspect the machines in person or we can take detailed videos for your review.
How can I install and debug the machines?
If the machine is small and simple, you can complete the installation yourself. We will supply guiding pictures and videos to assist you. If the machine is large and complex, we can dispatch our engineers to your facility to complete the installation and setup. For this option, you are responsible for the round-trip airfare, accommodation, and the engineer's daily salary during the trip.
