- The feeding product is detected by a sensor to prevent running empty bags.
- The sealing unit consists of transverse sealing and side sealing, both independently controlled via a lifting mechanism. This guarantees a sealing line in the exact middle of the product for a perfect sealing effect.
- The transverse sealing section is driven by a servo motor. Film cutting has uniform strength, resulting in a stable and fast seal.
- A manual adjustment film-guide system and feeding conveyor platform make the machine highly adaptable for items of varying widths and heights.
- The side sealing unit continuously pulls, seals, and cuts the film.
- Quick product changeover is facilitated by retrieving preset product formulas directly from the touch screen, simplifying operation.
- Waste film is automatically rolled. Using independent motor control, the rolling speed remains uniform and smooth—neither too tight nor too loose—avoiding breakage. The rewinding plate is designed for easy disassembly.
- Equipped with a digital temperature controller featuring a built-in PID function. The sealing blade temperature is highly sensitive, accurate, and can be set arbitrarily.
- Incorporates a Panasonic PLC programmable controller and a WEINVIEW 7-inch man-machine interface for simple operation.
