PE (Polyethylene) is extremely robust and is typically used for heavy bulk packaging, such as multipacks of bottled water or heavy industrial items, owing to its high puncture resistance. POF (Polyolefin) is exceptionally clear, offers high tensile strength, and presents beautifully, making it ideal for retail presentation (e.g., gift boxes, food products, cosmetics). PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) shrinks easily at lower temperatures but has become less common due to environmental concerns and toxic fumes released during heat-sealing.
