The warranty is one year after shipment. If there is a machine quality problem, the seller pays for the service and repairs during the first year. The seller is not responsible for issues caused by improper operation. If the buyer needs spare parts after the warranty period, the seller can supply them and send them by express.
6. Do you offer training for technicians?
We offer free training for the buyer's technician at the seller's factory. However, the buyer's technician needs to pay for their own living, eating, and travel expenses.
