Q: What should I do if we are not able to operate the machine when we receive it?
An operation manual and video demonstrations are sent along with the machine to guide you. Additionally, we have a professional after-sales team capable of providing on-site assistance to resolve any issues.
Q: How could I get the spares on machines?
We will supply additional sets of easily worn spare parts and accessories. Non-artificially damaged spare parts will be shipped to you free of charge during the 1-year warranty period.
Q: Is there any installation direction after we received the machine?
Yes, we have a professional technical support team and dedicated customer service. We will resolve any installation and packing production problems you encounter in a timely manner.
Q: Is there any insurance to guarantee my order?
We are an onsite checked factory, and the quality, delivery time, and your payments are fully protected. The machine comes with a two-year warranty. During the warranty period, any non-artificially broken parts will be replaced for free. The warranty begins after the machine is dispatched and the B/L is received.
