L-bar Sealer uses a standard L-shaped frame to seal the side and end simultaneously, ideal for standard-sized boxes. Side Sealer performs continuous motion sealing on the side, meaning there is no limit to product length, making it perfect for long profiles or high-speed production lines.
What types of shrink films are compatible with your machines?
Our machines are highly versatile and work perfectly with POF (Polyolefin), PVC, and even thick PE film (by adjusting the sealing blade and temperature settings). We recommend POF for retail consumer goods due to its high clarity and strength.
How do you ensure the sealing blade does not carbonize or stick during high-speed operation?
