Automatic orbital wrapper

Used for bundling product with stretch film. Also known as a horizontal stretch wrapper, this machine is ideal for warehouse and manufacturing use. It automatically loads products and threads, wraps, and cuts stretch film. The model SP-40HR is ideal for products like wood molding, flooring, profiles, aluminum bars, pipes, tubes, blinds, or any other small product needing to be bundled.

The wrapper could be used to wrapping a product or banding at certain locations.
Automatic film clamp and cut. It could be combined with current product line to achieve fully automatic packing.
Product is stabilized by pressure rollers at infeeding and outfeeding locations.

The model 40HR is an automatic horizontal bundling machine with 400mm ring. wide opening for small wrapping applications including wood molding, flooring, tubes, & metal profiles.

SP-60HR Orbital wrapper

The model 60HR is an automatic horizontal bundling machine with 600mm ring. wide opening for small wrapping applications including wood molding, flooring and aluminum bars.

SP-80HR orbital wrapper

The model 80HR is an automatic horizontal bundling machine with 800mm ring. wide opening for medium size wrapping applications including wooden, box cabinets and doors that need grouping and protection.

SP-120HR orbital wrapper

The model 120HR is an automatic horizontal bundling machine with 1200mm. wide opening for larger applications including windows, frames, kitchen, furniture and other bulky loads that need grouping and protection.
