Drawings & Dimensions & Custom Services

We will provide supporting equipment, based on the liquid, bottle type and output, from the water treatment equipment to the palletizing machine and the related auxiliary equipment. Among them, in the choice of bottle size and style, We can use the general description of the customer, or we can carve the customer's logo, use CAD and other drawing software to make the vector drawing of the bottle to confirm the style. The mold will be produced according to the pattern, and then blowing some bottle samples for confirmation. After confirmation, the mold will be saved and put into production later. With regard to bottle labels, the customer provides us the logo and related information which will display on the label, or provide previous designs, and we will select labels of different materials to be printed according to the type of the label machine. We will make the layout of the whole factory building according to the size of the factory and the layout of each room, combined with the size of our equipment, confirm the location of each equipment, and make the drawings. According to the drawings, we will finish the conveyor system, make sure that the conveyor system between each equipment can run smoothly, and make full use of the plant space simultaneously.
