What warranty is offered? Are replacement parts available?
All packaging machines are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year (12 months) from the date of shipment. Replacement parts are available for every machine offered. The required parts will be shipped within 24 business hours. All machines come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated. During this period, the return costs of replacement parts are shared (you pay for the item to be shipped back to us and we pay for the replacement to be shipped back to you). Beyond this 12-month period, repair and shipment costs are covered by the customer.
What information is needed to obtain a quote?
If a quick, high-level budgetary quote is all that is required, the base machine rate can be provided. However, the more information provided about the specific application, the more accurately the machine can be quoted. This also enables the identification of potential challenges to discuss how to overcome them.
What types of payment are accepted?
Payments accepted include Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Western Union, E-checking, Wire Transfer, and Letters of Credit.
How is the machine delivered?
International shipment can be arranged under CIF or CFR terms. The Bill of Lading in original hard copy will be couriered along with the Commercial Invoice & Packing List within 7 working days from the vessel's sailing date or flight departure date. What is required is to appoint a customs broker for import declaration and inland transportation to your facility. For urgent demands of small size & light weight machines, air freight delivery can also be arranged.
How to determine the right machine model for a specific project and packaging method?
Provide details about the application, and support will be provided to choose the right model and options. Providing product details and the desired packaging method helps in understanding the need and offering a faster solution. Samples (such as bottles & sleeve labels) can be sent for testing, and videos/photos of the operation will be shared to show the performance and shrink quality before making a final decision. Testing samples can also be returned via international courier for evaluation.
Why are samples needed for a firm quote? What if samples are not available?
Samples help avoid unforeseen challenges, determine the need for special options, or recommend a better-suited machine model. In nearly 65% of all projects, sample reviews prevent costly errors, performance issues, and extended lead times. In addition, before delivery, the machine is tested again with samples to ensure 100% satisfaction. If samples are not available, a quote can be provided based on the specifications and drawings provided.
